| Environmental PerformanceIndependent environmental audits were undertaken regularly during the civil works construction of the development. These assessments measure the development’s level of compliance with approved environmental and operational practices. They were undertaken by independent auditors approved by state and federal agencies under the Construction and Environmental Management Plan. The auditors separately noted that the civil contractor, Goldings, should be commended for its environmental performance during civil construction. The results of those independent audits were:
