To ensure the safety of people and vessels during construction, an approved Exclusion Zone has been created. People and/or vessels may only enter the Exclusion Zone with the written permission of Maritime Safety Queensland.

VEGETATION REMOVAL
The removal of vegetation along the Muddy Bay Foreshore is authorised under the Department of Primary Industries and Fisheries Permit No: 2004CA0014.

VESSELS ON BEACH
Formal notice was given to owners and occupants of vessels and other structures in the Muddy Bay area, to remove them from the foreshore by Monday, July 24, 2006.
